Log in to commentQNT doesn't really have a repeatable pattern, it just rides the broader infrastructure/interoperability sector when institutions rotate in, so if you think you've cracked the chart you're gonna get humbled again.
Narrative is not a position size.
Yeah 2021 bags are a whole different kind of pain, but QNT at least had real enterprise deals behind it so it's not the same as holding some meme from that era.
Anyone know if there's actual fee-based yield on QNT or is it basically just price appreciation play? I never figured out a clean staking setup for this one.
no staking is honestly why i still sleep on qnt fundamentals but momentum doesn't care about yield rn
QNT's fee model runs through the Quorums, operators lock tokens to use the network and pay in QNT, so there IS a yield mechanism, it's just not a simple staking button most people are used to.
My grid bot on QNT has been running for about eight months and the fills are all over the place, this thing does not respect levels the way cleaner assets do, so I keep the position size small and let the bot do the work instead of trying to predict it.
Genuine question, how do you guys even figure out where to set a limit buy on something like QNT? Like is there a rule of thumb for spotting a level that actually holds?
Anyone know if there's actual news driving this or just the market pulling it up?
already underwater on my short so like anyone else just staring at this waiting for it to reverse or is that just me
Still buying every Thursday regardless. You all on a weekly schedule or just buying the dips?
Called it before the noise started, and the noise didn't help.
Alright, they ran stops above that level, squeezed me out, then dumped it, got played on my own game.
Lost money on QNT twice and still can't resist watching it. Classic quant behavior I guess.
