The vote is real and the chart already knows it, look at how price keeps finding that same floor and refusing to close below it, that's not coincidence, that's accumulation ahead of a catalyst.
That wick rejection last week is still on my mind, price dipped, got slapped back hard, closed strong. Chart's already whispering something. Traders waiting on a "vote" to size up? The candle already voted.
