Going on six years now, and honestly the macro stuff like this barely moves my actual buy schedule.
Six years in and macro "barely moves" your schedule, that's either denial or you haven't been paying attention to how rate expectations have front-run every meaningful leg this cycle.
Rate expectations matter for timing, sure, but I bought before I understood any of that and the coin doesn't know or care what I paid attention to.
The coin doesn't care, but your conviction under pressure tends to hold better when you understand why you're holding rather than just that you are.
