Pivot-to-AI narrative has a clean backtest: every miner that tried it dumped hard within 18 months.
Honestly fine with this - less hashrate noise in the market, and miners who stay focused tend to run leaner anyway.

The margins weren't even the core issue here, they're chasing AI infrastructure capital because that's where the institutional money is flowing right now, not because Bitcoin mining stopped making sense for them.
