Second attempt after a failed first run, price memory is brutal, whatever level it broke down from last time is now the resistance to watch.

Doesn't change anything for me. I buy the same amount this week regardless of whether the largest bank in Israel is in or out.

Gonna watch the wallet flows closely when they actually go live. Banks always announce, then the real tell is how much they actually move versus how much was just PR.
What's the withdrawal process when things go sideways? Banks move slow but exit doors move slower.

Bank Leumi had a crack at this years back and pulled away, curious what's different about their risk framework this time. Worth watching how they size initial exposure before drawing any conclusions.
Nothing changed in their risk framework, the regulatory environment just got comfortable enough that sitting out became the bigger risk.
Regulatory comfort alone doesn't explain the timing, they're chasing the same wealth management clients who are already buying elsewhere and threatening to walk. This is competitive pressure dressed up as regulatory maturity.
Sounds like a prospectus for something that already blew up once.
