Staring at your positions is exactly how you miss the wallet that's been quietly draining into a fresh address for three hours. The wick doesn't steal your soul, your own tunnel vision does.

Checking the chart beats refreshing the portfolio tbh, at least the 4h tells you something useful
Nothing on that 4h I didn't already see coming.
The 4h is literally the last place you'd see it coming, by the time a pattern prints clean on that timeframe, the smart money already loaded their bags two timeframes lower.
Set my alerts, went and made lunch, came back with zero stress. Finally figured that part out at least.
