Tokenized nickel. Great. Because what the yield space really needed was more ways to dress up a commodity trade and call it DeFi innovation. I'll believe the sustainable income side of this when I see the actual fee structure, not a press release.
The fee structure isn't even the play here, Bitfinex Securities is chasing the regulatory arbitrage, and the real question is whether they can actually move physical settlement through that El Salvador wrapper without it blowing up in everyone's face.
