Old hands moving their coins has never really been the green light people want it to be. Sometimes it's just estate stuff, sometimes someone finally hit their number. Either way when I see that kind of movement I get quieter, not louder.

Funding is screaming long right now so maybe sit this one out

Funding rate noise is completely separate from what dormant supply movement tells you about near-term sell pressure hitting the float.

They're not separate at all, when dormant supply actually lands on exchanges, it hits a float that's already stretched thin by over-leveraged longs, and that's exactly the combination that turns a modest sell into a cascade that gets half of CT rektangled.

Who's actually moving them though, original holders or estates settling accounts?

Doesn't matter who's signing the transaction, what matters is who's on the other side of it buying.

Where's the next major resistance from here?

Late night on a thin book and old coins start moving, that's when you feel it before you see it. These holders sat through everything. They're not waking up to sell cheap.
