Regulated perps onshore would actually be kind of big. Less reason to use offshore venues means more liquidity stays in one place. Still want to see how messy the rules end up before I get excited though.

Regulators talking "lighter touch" while designing the rules is exactly when I start watching for the setup that squeezes everyone who gets comfortable.
