Two hard commitments from the foundation means the upgrade actually has teeth this time. Funding on ETH perps is going to get interesting when this gets closer to launch, I'll be watching for the squeeze.
Short-term squeeze is real, longer out Ethereum's execution track record makes me hold my conviction loosely.
