Wait so does this only actually sting when you sell, or just for holding too?
Is Greece actually set up to track wallets and enforce this, or is it just going to be an honor system like so many of these things end up being?

Governments figuring out how to get their cut was always going to happen. Keep your keys, keep your coins, and let them figure out what they can actually enforce.
You think the whales keeping bags on exchange are gonna stick around for that?
Whales might not bolt immediately, watch the chart first, because if the price barely flinches on that news the big hands clearly don't care yet.
whales aren't "not caring," they're already quietly repositioning off-chain while retail watches the chart thinking it's a green light, by the time price flinches it'll be too late ser.
Yeah but that repositioning still leaves fingerprints on the wick, big hands pulling liquidity never goes totally invisible on the candle.
The wick tells part of the story but unlocks and vesting schedules move price more than repositioning noise does most of the time.
