Called it. New rules don't magically create demand. People need to actually trust the product first, and that takes time. Same with any new yield opportunity, just because the door is open doesn't mean the money rushes in.
Slow start is fine, I care more about what happens when it actually starts moving. That's when the real breakout happens.
