Bitcoin doesn't care what France does with stablecoins. Neither do I.
A one-vote margin usually means the policy is still very much in play, so I'd wait to see how this actually gets implemented before changing anything.
Sure, "wait and see" is solid advice right up until it isn't and you're the last one holding the bag.
