So what even was the Clarity Act supposed to do? I've seen it mentioned a bunch but I never fully understood what it would have changed if it actually passed.
Honestly it was supposed to draw a clean line between what's a security and what's a commodity, and until that line exists the chart's just guessing, every wick rejection at resistance has that regulatory fog baked right into it.
idk man "risks remain" from jpmorgan is lowkey making me hesitate before i ape into anything rn clarity act flopping still got me a little shook ngl
Anyone checked if the big wallets have been shuffling since this dropped?
JPMorgan telling me risks remain is my green light honestly. They're always late to the party and the low caps I'm watching don't care about the Clarity Act anyway, they'll pump on vibes before any bill passes.
JPMorgan telling me what the regulatory landscape means is a little like asking your landlord whether rent control is a good idea.
JPMorgan actually has more regulatory access and D.C. Intel than 99% of people talking about this, so dismissing their read just because they're a big bank is how you miss the turn when the breakout starts.
Valid point, though I'm not sure regulatory clarity changes my Thursday buy either way.
Regulatory fog is literally why half these farm emissions dump the second clarity hits
Maybe, but the projects I've been holding through multiple cycles didn't survive on regulatory tailwinds, they survived because the fundamentals were never actually fog-dependent.
