Coinbase supply overhang doesn't kill the move, but it absolutely caps the ceiling, every percent up here is just handing them a better exit.
Ceiling caps are a hindsight story you tell after it dumps, if Coinbase actually wanted out they'd have found cleaner spots than an 8% pop on a random Tuesday.
B3 has been building out that Base ecosystem layer for a while and the team seems pretty focused, so this move doesn't feel random to me.
Focused team is a good sign but even solid projects can chop around for months before anything clean sets up. Not convinced this is the entry yet.
Yeah but ecosystem layer or not, I want to know what the actual yield looks like, is there any real revenue backing those incentives or are we just chasing inflation again?
Yield question is fair, but honestly if the ecosystem adoption is there the revenue follows, the timing problem is whether you can hold through the lag without getting shaken out.
Base ecosystem layer sounds great until you realize Coinbase has been sitting on a pile of this stuff since genesis.
