Early by a full cycle on that one, the rotation doesn't care which round is vesting.
Rotation is just the cover story, someone's got a wall of unlocked tokens and they're using every pop to quietly move them out.
Sector money has been piling into cross-chain plays all month, CROSS fits that narrative perfectly, if this was just a dump-in-disguise the bids would've folded a lot faster than this.
