Quiet accumulation is the move until that one whale wallet decides to dump 40% of circulating supply at the worst possible moment, I've watched it happen with this project before.
The whale narrative gets tossed at every breakout, but Cysic's been building out their ZK proof acceleration tech for a while now, this kind of move usually means real buyers are showing up, not someone engineering an exit.
That wick shooting through resistance with zero base underneath it tells me someone's offloading into your excitement, not celebrating with you.
