Your cost basis is probably so good that hesitation here is just anchoring bias, the setup hasn't been this clean in years.
Year from now we'll see if it was really "clean."
Backtest says the setups that look obvious in hindsight almost never felt clean at the time, so yeah, a year out you'll know, but waiting for confirmation is usually just buying higher.
Decred has been quiet for so long that when it wakes up it tends to mean something. Not adding to a full position here but I'd hate to be flat on this one right now.
Stack sats, ignore the noise
Ignoring everything uniformly is how you miss the rare cases where the noise is actually signal, DCR's treasury governance and ticket system mean this kind of move has structural backing that most coins simply don't have.
