The chop actually cleaned out a lot of weak hands, so this move has a cleaner base under it than it looks. Running a smaller starter here with room to add if it holds.
That's a position sizing problem, not an XEC problem. If a 13% reversal is enough to margin call you, the size was wrong from the start.
Sure, sizing matters, but XEC specifically has a way of making a 13% move look like the start of something and then doubling that in the other direction before you even have a chance to trim.
That -9% candle had a long wick on the daily, I should've known it was a fake flush before this leg up.
