35% in a session isn't noise by any backtest I've run, that's a statistically significant outlier and the volume profile backs it up.

Yeah the outlier framing matters, if you're sizing by volatility-adjusted EV, a 35% move after that kind of tight chop window is exactly the setup you want to be exposed to.

That chop before this, the -6%, +6%, -6%, was just harvesting stops on both sides before letting it run. Classic load-up sequence, and ACE was the bait.
