SUSDe has held through worse pressure than this, the mechanism isn't fragile, it's just unpopular right now, which is usually where I find my entries.
That line works until the funding rate flips and it squeezes you back to where you sold. ENA has a habit of doing that quietly.

Sitting on hands til the book rebuilds below. Right now it's just air.
That air IS the liquidity, they cleared the stops under those -4% and -10% lows specifically so smart money can reload before the squeeze, not because the book is empty.
Maybe, though I've watched ENA do the same "reload" setup and then just drift lower for weeks before anything squeezed.
