Trimming into strength to lock in some profit and riding the rest isn't panic management, that's literally how you survive long enough to see a coin do something, I learned the hard way that the people who never trim are the same ones crying when it reverses and takes it all back.
fair tbh but the trick is knowing when you're trimming smart vs trimming scared, and honestly after getting rekt enough times my hands just start moving on their own and i can't always tell the difference
