Fair point, but honestly some of these smaller caps move on thin order books so the "other side" might just be a handful of market makers who got squeezed out.
Short term, maybe, but squeezed market makers don't stick around and that vacuum fills fast one way or the other.
Genius has been building quietly for a while and a move like this usually means someone who did the homework is finally stepping in with size. Good sign when the conviction shows up before the headlines.
