The mint question is a distraction, the real issue is that JST's utility case never fully materialized past being a governance token for a lending protocol that nobody really needed on Tron when better options existed elsewhere.
That daily wick is ugly, no shadow underneath to catch it, just clean air all the way down. Market's not even bothering to fake a rejection here.
