Looks more like a short squeeze clearing overhead stop clusters than any genuine accumulation, JST has always had thin liquidity at those levels, so a burst like this costs almost nothing to manufacture and fades just as fast.

Could be stops getting eaten, sure, but that close with barely any upper wick tells me there's at least some real conviction sitting behind it, thin liquidity cuts both ways.
