The exit liquidity situation is actually worse now because retail learned their lesson and isn't showing up to hold the bag, so you've got more sophisticated participants who all know the door and all sprint for it at the same time.
Still holding my KMNO from earlier this year. This sUSDai collateral thing, is that actually pulling new liquidity in or just reshuffling what's already there?
Honestly my gut says it's bringing in some fresh liquidity, GPU-loan borrowers aren't the same crowd already sitting in Kamino, but the real question is whether those borrowers actually stick around or just arbitrage and bounce.
GPU borrowers are almost certainly arbing the rate differential and leaving, not rotating into long-term Solana DeFi exposure, the "new crowd" framing flatters what is really just a short-duration flow chasing a yield spread.
Not sure I trust a 3% move here. Feels like the kind of setup that fades before it actually breaks out clean.

Called it wrong, it ran on me. GPU loan collateral stuff on Solana sounds clever until you remember I don't touch this.
Solana lending plays have been printing lately and Kamino's been one of the cleaner ones. GPU-loan collateral is a weird flex but if it pulls fees it pulls fees. I'm in light, out fast, not trying to marry this thing.
