Higher lows only matter if the offer keeps thinning. Right now I still see size sitting up there, they haven't moved it yet.
Who's actually accumulating this or is it just the same three wallets passing it back and forth again?
Even with the back-and-forth chop lately, I'm quietly watching whether this hold sticks, if the dips start getting bought at higher lows, that changes the story.
