Log in to commenthonestly the "who sold first" framing misses it, when ltc cracks like this it's almost never one wallet cascading, it's passive bids just quietly pulling and the price falls through air because nobody stepped up to absorb, not because some whale coordinated an exit.
bro you're building a crime scene out of normal distribution not every dip has a villain
Miner incentive isn't really the story here, LTC's been through multiple halvings and the network kept chugging along fine each time, so I'd look harder at spot market structure and exchange outflows before blaming emissions.
Fair point, but May '21 had leverage stacked on top of it. That's the part worth checking before drawing the comparison.
Anyone still running LTC in a lending pool getting decent apy on this dip or did rates compress already?
Lending rates on LTC have been pretty thin for a while now, so a 4% dip isn't moving that needle much, stablecoin collateral demand dried up here long before today.
Lite coin, heavy bags.
Halving cycle math is boring until it isn't
LTC yield opportunities have been garbage for a while now, the only people still holding heavy are bag holders or miners who can't get out clean.
Closed up despite the selling pressure, which is a little suspicious to me, feels more like a relief bounce than anything that changes the bigger picture.
missed that one, ltc had other plans lol
Called the drop wrong, LTC had other ideas and I got humbled.
Anyone tracking when the spot selling actually started, like was it one wallet leading or broad-based from the jump?
