Holding's fine but just know thin overnight sessions are where these tokenized wrappers get absolutely punished, one big ask sitting in the book at 3am and you're down another 4% before anyone wakes up.
yeah spread's nasty but honestly the real problem is you don't even get the dividend while holding the wrapper so you're eating costs on both ends for no extra benefit.
