Curious whether the float here is actually thin enough that a relatively small buyer just ran through the visible liquidity. If so the setup for a pullback once supply finds its footing is pretty clean.

Thin float can explain a spike but this move lined up with BTC clearing a key level at the same time, so I'd lean toward genuine demand finding the wrapper rather than a single buyer accidentally running stops.
