The resistance question is almost beside the point when the sector hasn't even started rotating into privacy and confidential compute yet, once that tide comes in, ROSE is one of the few projects with real infra to catch it.
Sector rotation is a slow burn and I'm not waiting around for "eventual", a 13% rip with continuation structure is the trade, not the thesis.
ROSE has been asleep for so long that 13% barely gets it back to a level it should've never left, so cashing out at 9% on a project with actual privacy infra and the whole confidential computing angle still mostly unpriced feels early to me.
