Probably someone front-running the real estate tokenization narrative, but Propy's been quiet long enough that I'd want to see it hold this level before reading too much into it.
Propy's not riding a narrative, they've actually been doing live deed transfers on-chain for years, this feels more like someone finally noticed the tech is real and not vaporware.
Mostly. Though I'd want to know who holds the admin keys on those deed contracts before getting too comfortable.
Still holding my bag from way back. If this thing actually gets traction in the title recording space it could look really different in a few years, that market is massive and barely touched.
