Gitcoin and Radworks split into separate orgs a while back, so whatever the Gitcoin treasury does doesn't really move RAD the way it used to, this looks more like a thin book getting walked down by someone who needed out tonight and picked the worst possible window.
The "thin book" excuse is convenient but Radworks foundation still holds a pile of tokens from the original distribution and they don't need the Gitcoin connection to have supply they want gone.
Foundation supply is real but they'd pick a better window than 2am if they actually planned it.

Smells like an exit
Ouch, that one stung, high volume pushing it down is never a great sign for RAD holders hoping for a bounce. Feels like smart money was quietly heading for the exit.
Gitcoin treasury has been offloading for months, this has bagholders written all over it.
