bro tornado has survived sanctions, devs getting arrested, the whole circus, a little exploit routing ain't shifting the thesis, this thing is basically unkillable at this point and the market clearly agrees.
Surviving isn't the same as thriving, the protocol keeps getting used as a laundry service more than a privacy tool, and that use case keeps the regulatory target on its back no matter how resilient the code is.

Exploit money flowing through here is the worst kind of volume, but if momentum holds past this level I'm watching for continuation regardless of why it ran.
