Fee argument made sense two years ago; mainnet liquidity depth on prediction markets changes the resolution mechanics and that's what actually drives the book here.

Vitalik welcoming a project is a press moment, not a signal, he's said nice things about a dozen prediction markets that went nowhere, so if that's your entry thesis you're buying the headline, not the flush.
Moving from Base to ETH mainnet and fees are going to eat everyone alive. That's my bear case and I'm sticking to it.
