Yeah probably but honestly the whole sector is getting rotated out right now so even clean projects are taking hits, BTW just happened to catch it worse.
Fair, except BTW wasn't exactly "clean" before this either.
The chart was messy but the fundamentals were at least defensible, what killed it here is purely macro contagion, and conflating sloppy price action with a broken project is exactly how people miss the distinction.
Order book wasn't exactly defending those fundamentals either, real conviction money wasn't showing up on the bid side well before macro got messy.
Liq clusters are predictable though, I had my exit above the last one. Not complicated.
Sixteen percent is just the opening act if the macro keeps rolling over the way it is.
The macro bid is actually less hostile right now than people are making it out to be, DXY has been leaking and global liquidity is grinding higher, so this 16% is more a project-specific unwind than a macro-driven cascade.
