Node distribution is largely a distraction, the real control lever has always been the NNS governance, where Dfinity's voting weight has mattered far more than raw node counts.
Governance capture is priced in, the real question is whether the token has any bid left when macro turns.
Yeah but exchanges aren't always right on timing, I've seen ICP fake out at "support" before and then crater another 15%.

Wicked under and reclaimed intraday but the ask side is still thin and sellers keep reloading every bounce, so I'm treating this as a close below until I see real bid absorption hold.
Dfinity has been building this thing for years with serious funding, so it's not some rug, just a rough day.
Funding and building don't stop a token from being structurally oversupplied, Dfinity's own vesting schedule has been a quiet ceiling on this thing for a while.

Does anyone actually know what the node distribution looks like at this point? Last I checked Dfinity still controlled a pretty significant chunk of the network.
