When volume spikes on a drop like this, does that usually mean big holders are selling, or can it just be a bunch of smaller people panicking at once?

Stellar's been around forever and the team isn't going anywhere, but a 4% drop on heavy volume right when the RWA narrative is heating up makes me wonder if someone knows something the rest of us don't.
