True but "it bounced before" is doing a lot of heavy lifting when I'm the one holding the bag if it doesn't this time.
The bounce argument is weak but you holding the bag is a you problem, ZEC has enough liquidity that this isn't some dead project dying quietly, you just sized in at the wrong point in an obvious chop cycle.

Seeing some sizable bids get pulled on the ask side right before each of these drops, not random. Someone with size is managing exits here, not panicking.
Coordinated exit fits, but I'd want to see if the pullbacks follow a consistent time interval before I'd call it managed vs just correlated selling.
Hollow bid or not, knowing me I'd panic sell into it and watch it recover the second my order fills.
The privacy angle on Zcash always made sense to me, but that doesn't change what I do, I just bought my weekly stack and I'll do the same next week regardless.

Glad I sat this one out. That grants drama had sketchy energy from the start and pump & dump confirmed it for me.
Well, that aged poorly, thought the privacy angle would weigh on it and instead it squeezed up on me. Lesson relearned: short-term calls on ZEC are a waste of energy, I'll stick to my monthly buy and ignore the noise.
Feels like it's got more down to go honestly. ZEC never seems to find a floor when it starts slipping like this.
